A slightly atypical, but very interesting sweet variant of Grüner Veltliner.
Color more pronounced, golden. The fragrance combines minerality and light spice typical of Veltlin with sweeter honey tones, passing through mature tropical fruit. In taste, this wine is smooth, the higher sugar is greatly balanced by the acids that give mellows to the taste, and then they call for another sip. Minerality, sweeter fruit, a gentle hint of caramel, all with a longer aftertaste. Beautiful wine, which we can forfeit, for example, with chocolate or chocolate desserts - but of course it can be enjoyed by itself.
