Very bright color. Thanks to the reductive production, the aroma is distinctly floral - nutmeg, with sweeter notes of lime blossom. The taste is charming, lively and, with its low sugar content, juicy and refreshing. The floral fragrance blends beautifully with the live acid, leaving a longer aftertaste on the palate.
It is possible to combine the wine with a fine pate. But our recommendation, given the character of the wine, is: enjoy it well chilled on hot summer days!
