The traditional Austrian cuvée was prepared by Mr. Moser from Rivaner, Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Frühroter Veltliner, Goldburger, Muskat Ottonel, Weißburgunder and Neuburger. The wines were harvested and fermented at once, then matured in a stainless steel tank.
The wine has a sparkling straw-yellow color. A whole series of fresh fruit scents explode in the nose. In the taste, this wine is extremely refreshing, among other things, thanks to the residual carbonic acid with an amazingly harmonious structure and a long mineral finish.
