Sparkling wine made from Welschriesling (60%) and Sauvignon Blanc (40%).
The grapes for this wine come from the Lehendorf vineyard with a very high Seewinkel gravel. Exactly these, some very large stones, are the reason for the mineral-elegant scent of Welschriesling. The fruit comes from the Sauvignon Blanc also from this vineyard.
A lighter yellow color, a gentle sparkle that beautifully energizes the taste buds. In the aroma nice harmonious floral tones complemented by a fresh breath of citrus and green apples. In the taste, after a lively sensation of citrus, a mineral-rich tone appears at the end - the result of gravel. Beautiful, lively wine with very pleasant acidity.
Pairing food: perfect as an aperitif on ceremonial occasions or as a refreshing glass of sparkling wine between courses; asparagus appetizers or canapes will also be ideal companions for this wine.
