This wine from the vineyards Lehendorf grows on soil with a high proportion of gravel Seewinkel, which is directly responsible for the distinct minerality of this Welschriesling. The wine was harvested by hand and taken over in the vineyard. Fermentation took place in tanks with precisely controlled temperature and short maturation on the sludge.
The wine is lighter yellowish color, in aroma mineral with floral-citrus tones. Strong in taste, with longer mineral aftertaste and acidic finish at the end.
Recommendations for pairing: as an aperitif or as a refreshing glass of unaccompanied wine, Wienerschnitzel or grilled fish.
