Wine of deep garnet color with sparkling flashes of purple. In the aroma, the cherries are accompanied by a sweeter rum tone turning into chocolate thanks to a longer training on the barrique barrel. A parallel with Mon Cheri pralines - a whiff of rum, cherry compote, dark chocolate - could be found in the taste. Beautiful longer velvety aftertaste. Longer archival potential.

Ideal with roast game or just alone.
