Colour distinctly yellow with green flashes. The wine was made in a reductive way, which makes the aroma bright floral muscat with notes of honey and citrus, especially orange peel. The palate is distinctive, musky, the finish long with a lingering sensation of nutmeg and lime honey. The perfectly pitched acidity makes the wine beautifully refreshing, almost juicy in the mouth.
Recommendation: with delicate pates or cooled for hot summer days.
