The wine "from the spruce", as the winemaker called it, flashes a light green colour in the glass. On the nose, the typically peppery aroma of vellum from the local loess bedrock, followed by the aroma of partially ripe apple with light citrus notes, is beautifully pinched. In the mouth, the wine is then very fruity with good structure, juicy and drinkable on the finish.
