An extremely complex and at the same time very individual representative of this variety. The aroma of this wine beautifully combines spiciness with the delicate note of blossoming roses, so typical of this variety. The taste is beautifully smooth, yet fresh thanks to the perfectly balanced acidity. The finish is long with lingering floral notes.

The wine was bottled without chemical treatment and unfiltered.

Absolute winner of the AWC Wienna 2021.
