A typical Austrian variety of St. Lawrence, in this case to organic quality. Aromas of dark forest fruits, elegant roasted aromas complemented by a subtle aroma of dark chocolate thanks to the barrique training. On the palate this wine is powerful with a long invigorating finish.
It is an ideal accompaniment to food: for cheese bowls with mild to strong cheeses, it is also excellent with delicate ragouts, savoury starters or strong dishes with hearty sauces or spices.
