A classic blend of several varieties, in this case Grüner Veltliner, Neuburger and Traminer, grown together and harvested at the same time. The wine is grown on limestone-gravel subsoil, hand-picked and then undergoes sorting and selection of the grapes, made in BIO quality. In the glass, the green-yellow colour is striking. On the nose, the wine is fresh and very fruity, vivid after green apple. On the tongue it is lightly pearly, juicy, fruity and crisp. Very tempting and stimulating!
We recommend serving it chilled to 10-12 °C.
